Buyer Beware! ! After placing a deposit on a Kia Carnival SXP, the "experience" begins. We placed a deposit on the Carnival and 2 weeks later, after reading many ! We placed a deposit on the Carnival and 2 weeks later, after reading many reviews on the battery issue that Kia acknowledges, does exist. We decided to cancel the order. When we placed the deposit, we were told it is completely refundable. After contacting Brian Underwood at the Gainesville location and asking him to mail back the deposit check or shred it and send us a photo for conformation. Guess what NO RESPONSE. So we drive 45 minutes the following day to the dealership and ask in person for the check back. Brian did not come out to greet us or confirm anything. Sold me a car with roaches let them know in under 12 hours or atleast the next morning when they opened (bought the car at night).
