I have a really great experience from the moment I walked in and the moment I leave the showroom. I worked with Abraham, Josh and Brian, the Salesman Rep, the Delivery & The Finance. Everybody has great atti in and the moment I leave the showroom. I worked with Abraham, Josh and Brian, the Salesman Rep, the Delivery & The Finance. Everybody has great attitude regardless I was the last customer and it was already late, I believe it was almost 11PM ^_^ I knew they've had a long day and very exhausted but still manage to act like it was 8 AM in the morning! I like Abraham, he is genuine, he wasn't pushy, very transparent and straightforward, which I like. Looking forward to work with them again in the future and I wish them all the best! I was a little surprised to meet a very down-to-earth sales person at a Newport Beach Mercedes Dealership. Leasing a car was never so enjoyable and at lease rates lower than the competitive brand from wh sales person at a Newport Beach Mercedes Dealership.
