I have been with Uftring Chevrolet since October of 2013. I was born and raised right here in Washington, IL and currently live here in town. I am married to my beautiful wife Hailey and have three daughters, Brooklynn, Channing and Lux. When I am not at work I am hanging out with my girls. When they don’t want to hang out with me, I enjoy working outside, golfing and taking on home renovation projects “that seem to never end.” I am also a fan of the Cardinals and the Chicago Bears. A customer should expect an honest an low pressure experience. I don’t want to sell you just any vehicle, I want to help you find the one that you truly want to fit your budget. I was quoted a price for some work on my car. There was a definite disconnect between me and the service representative with the quote I was given to the final bill. Not only was the service rep polite and understanding with my frustration but the service manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation all while presenting a very professional, positive and caring attitude. I will definitely return to this dealership for future service. More

When I purchased the car, there was a chip that needed fixed, and the license plate needed to be fixed as well. I was told, I could bring it in on this day and it would all be taken care of for me, it wou fixed, and the license plate needed to be fixed as well. I was told, I could bring it in on this day and it would all be taken care of for me, it would take about an hour or so. When I got to the dealership, I spoke with Adam. He was not aware of anything that was going on. There was no appointment for me to have anything worked on. The paint shop said they didn't know if they could get me in that day because they wouldn't have the correct colors to match my car. After all this Adam said the Manager, Nate was aware and that they would be able to work on my car. At about the 2-hour mark Adam said they would not be able to fix the license plate that day, I would need to bring it back and get a loaner car for the day. I set that up for the following week, after waiting another hour I finally asked to speak with a manager. Brian was helpful and got Adam, we got my car, and I was able to leave after sitting in the dealership for 3 hours. Thank you to Brian. I ended up fixing the license plate myself that weekend so I would not have to bring it back, as it had become such a hassle. After sitting there for 3 hours, I saw multiple managers walk by me throughout the day. Not one person asked if I needed anything. Not sure if it is normal for them to have people there for that amount of time. There was a very nice lady sitting at the desk by the service departments lobby. I didn't catch her name; she was very nice and helped me with the Wi-Fi. More
