Steve Heinze is a great agent to deal with. He was responsive, quick to address our needs, and was most accommodating. I was not planning on getting the Tacoma, but Steve offered me a package He was responsive, quick to address our needs, and was most accommodating. I was not planning on getting the Tacoma, but Steve offered me a package that was hard to ignore and refuse. With my request to be able to inspect the truck's underside, Steve arranged with a mechanic (I forget his name, but he also deserves kudos), in the shopfloor and had the truck lifted up for a good inspection. This mechanic pointed out particular maintenance tips and highlights why Tacomas were particularly robust and long lived. Del Toyota, simply a great organization. More

The dealership is nice, good inventory, friendly employees, and solid location. But, for me a dealership experience is all about your salesmen. I have grown to hate the car buying experience due to employees, and solid location. But, for me a dealership experience is all about your salesmen. He was direct, honest, and cared more about me being satisfied than closing a sale. I would trust sending my grandma to Kyle. If you’re considering Del Toyota for your next vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Kyle Quittner specifically. I also wanted to mention Sales Manager Julian Castellanos. At the time of my car buying experience my wife just had a baby. The car I was buying was a gift for her. Julian made accomodations to assist me with getting my trade ins to his lot and helped me make the nee car surprise possible. 10/10 experience with these two individuals. More
