Get the right people in service. Car took a week longer than it should have. Towed on Tuesday. The next Tuesday I find out I wasn't called about the findings. Elizabeth Loden found the paperwork and got the ball rolling. She told me it would take a week for parts to come in and 2-3 days to fix. 9 days later I drove it home. You need it done, talk to her.
