I went in last Tuesday to test drive a CPO Panamera and ended up deciding to buy new after consulting with Brian on my options. He went above and beyond to find a new vehicle within my specs I sent him, providing me with several price sheets on models around the country he was willing to ship in for me. I ended up going in that Friday to test drive a comparable one with Chuck assisting me as Brian was unfortunately ill that morning. Knowing it was the end of the month, I was able to able to work out a deal both the dealer and I were happy with, and I decided to purchase the car. I went and got a cashiers check from the bank, then met with Lorri to finalize the remaining paperwork which was a very convenient process. I liked how they were able to send me everything over PDF on the spot. Devin was who handled my delivery, and went above and beyond in showing me all the features on the Mercedes App, as well as the amazing safety features! I will be recommending Aristocrat and the people who made my experience go smoothly to friends and family and look forward to my next purchase once the warranty on this one is up! Ben Arnold More
