Lokey Subaru in Port Richey used to be my favorite dealership. I bought two new cars from them but for the third one I became a customer at another dealership because there was a rather large price di dealership. I bought two new cars from them but for the third one I became a customer at another dealership because there was a rather large price difference for the same vehicle. A few days ago I bought a 2025 Outback from another dealership. Before my purchase from there other dealership I called Lokey to purchase from them. I asked for a sales person but ended up speaking with a Lokey employee who was not a sales person. He pretended to be one. He quoted the MSRP of the vehicle $2,000 more than what it is and also said that they did not have the vehicle I was looking for and they will have to bring it to their dealership and that would be very costly. He was rude, abrasive and condescending. Needless to say mine was a very negative experince. Lokey Subaru has fantastic maintenance service and maintenance people. I will not hesitate to go there for maintenance which is the reason I am giving a 3 star rating. I cannot rate them five stars after my bad experience. More

Great dealership with the exception of the finance department. The rep I had was awful. I have never experienced the pressure this rep put on me. I would have walked out if it wasn’t for the fact I’ve department. The rep I had was awful. I have never experienced the pressure this rep put on me. The Dealership reached out to me to book a service appointment, which I did make for Sat at 9:30am, I have the conforming email to prove I had an appointment. I brought the car in, worked with the ad appointment, which I did make for Sat at 9:30am, I have the conforming email to prove I had an appointment. I brought the car in, worked with the advisor to get an oil change and tire rotation, the advisor could not find the appointment but assured me it was not a big deal. After waiting an hour, I noticed my car had not moved from its spot and did not even see the inside of the shop. I had the advisor check the status and he reported there was still 1 more in front of me, I asked for the car back, the advisor brought me back the car and said I should have had a "real" appointment I confirmed that I did and all I got from him was an eye roll and "sorry dude", I asked for the store to contact me and and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Update: got a call from the service manager he left a message, when I returned his call later that day I was told he was out of town at a car convention for a week. So issue in not resolved or even addressed. More

Spencer is wonderful! He went above and beyond to help to unwind a warranty issue regarding an ongoing concern with my outback. He went up the ranks to use the powers at hand to service and resolve the issues. His professionalism and attention to service and results were above and beyond. Spencer is and has always been a pleasure to work with and his competency regarding product is at a level that deserves attention. He is deserving of reaching higher ranks with Subaru. More
