Great dealership with the exception of the finance department. The rep I had was awful. I have never experienced the pressure this rep put on me. I would have walked out if it wasn’t for the fact I’ve department. The rep I had was awful. I have never experienced the pressure this rep put on me. I would have walked out if it wasn’t for the fact I’ve bought several cars here. He was insulting and tried to bully me in addition to lying to me. More

The Dealership reached out to me to book a service appointment, which I did make for Sat at 9:30am, I have the conforming email to prove I had an appointment. I brought the car in, worked with the ad appointment, which I did make for Sat at 9:30am, I have the conforming email to prove I had an appointment. I brought the car in, worked with the advisor to get an oil change and tire rotation, the advisor could not find the appointment but assured me it was not a big deal. After waiting an hour, I noticed my car had not moved from its spot and did not even see the inside of the shop. I had the advisor check the status and he reported there was still 1 more in front of me, I asked for the car back, the advisor brought me back the car and said I should have had a "real" appointment I confirmed that I did and all I got from him was an eye roll and "sorry dude", I asked for the store to contact me and and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Update: got a call from the service manager he left a message, when I returned his call later that day I was told he was out of town at a car convention for a week. So issue in not resolved or even addressed. More

Spencer is wonderful! He went above and beyond to help to unwind a warranty issue regarding an ongoing concern with my outback. He went up the ranks to use the powers at hand to service and resolve the issues. His professionalism and attention to service and results were above and beyond. Spencer is and has always been a pleasure to work with and his competency regarding product is at a level that deserves attention. He is deserving of reaching higher ranks with Subaru. More
