Hubert Vester did NOTHING to to help us with the problems we had with our car. Found damage they refuse to repair when we picked it up after having to keep it over 60 days waiting for parts and repair. They we had with our car. Friendly staff. They fixed my truck on a short notice. We had to figure out some confusion on GM pricing and conflicting reports on what was wrong with my truck. The service manager and I upon request figured out the confusion and he issued me a refund. They earned my patronage simply because they acknowledged their error and corrected their mistakes. We purchase the vehicle and have had all kids of issues since. After messaging the sales rep for weeks, I was informed that he no longer works there. We were offered an extended warranty, then finance mess since. After messaging the sales rep for weeks, I was informed that he no longer works there. We were offered an extended warranty, then finance messed up the paperwork and our bank couldn’t correct the amount. So we paid for it out of pocket. Then we received checks in the mail for the extended warranty. I was told I had to sign them over to the dealership. After purchasing the vehicle, we realized immediately that it needed many services. After much back and forth I was offered a dealer temporary vehicle while they worked on mine. Unpin pick up, I was informed that not everything was done and that I would have to bring it back again. We do not live close and are expecting our 5th child any day. Having 5 car seats back and forth is not ideal. In an attempt to try to appease me, they offered to detail my car. I asked for the stickers from the previous owner to be removed and some were, but many were missed. Then they added a dealer decal sticker to my trunk (without permission) after I had already removed the first one. We are currently still awaiting a call for the remaining work to be done on the vehicle. More
