Three of us each test-drove an A4 and an S4 twice over two days before we settled on a 2018 S4 (which we are delighted with). Brian exudes quiet expertise. He is a veritable mine of information about Audis in general and about each car, new and used, on the lot in particular. He even knew the mileage on each used car from memory, and when we looked, he was always correct! He could answer every question we had instantly and clearly, and was extremely patient, especially with my dumb questions. Prashant Paul was equally polite, patient and efficient when it came to the financial arrangements. The showroom is bright, spacious and clean. Mike, the owner, is a perfect gentleman. All in all: 10 out of 10, A++! We will have our car serviced there, for sure, and when our son graduates from college in two years' time, we expect to be back for a second Audi. We'll ask for Brian!
