Beautiful Service Department, I have been using Arlington Toyota since 2011. My Service Representative is Mike he is fabulous in every way possible, he goes out of his way to get you the best service ever. Toyota since 2011. Outstanding workmanship and customer service! !! Took my RAV4 to Toyota arlington collision center for repair after an accident and the end result was phenomenal!! My RAV4 looks and drive like its !! Now that's what I call attention to detail. During the repair I was provided daily updates as needed. I'm always amazed by their friendly and courteous staff. Arlington Toyota is the definition of worry free service. A Dealership in Charleston Toyota said they could not take our vehicle until April, one call to Arlington Toyota I was told bring your car home we A Dealership in Charleston Toyota said they could not take our vehicle until April, one call to Arlington Toyota I was told bring your car home we will fix it. Approximately 5 days later our car was completed. They kept me informed all through the entire process. We are VERY satisfied. More
