This started out as an online search for a Subaru Forsester that I wanted. The dealer's website said there was one on the lot in the model I wanted. Went to the dealer the next day and I met with Bri Forsester that I wanted. The dealer's website said there was one on the lot in the model I wanted. Went to the dealer the next day and I met with Brian Sallot and explained what I was looking for. Right from the start he was very helpful. But as it turns out the vehicle I wanted wasn't there. Again Brian was very helpful and let me test drive a couple of different models to kind of get the feel on how the Subaru would handle. So to make this story a little shorter he was able to get me the Subaru in the model and the color I wanted. I went to the dealer on Monday and on Wednesday he personally delivered the car to my home. He was just so patient and bent over backwards to help me get this SUV. No pressure sales at all. I highly recommend Brian Sallot and Great Lakes Subaru! More

I purchased a used Jeep Gladiator from Great Lakes Subaru and was pleased with the vehicle overall. The buying process was smooth, professional, and handled over the phone as promised. However, the interior detailing that was assured to me was not completed. Despite multiple follow-ups with my sales rep, I never received a response once it was clear the car hadn't been cleaned. I ended up paying $150 for a professional cleaning, which was disappointing given my investment. I felt frustrated and let down by the lack of follow-up after what had otherwise been a great experience. I believe in honest communication and high standards of customer service, and I hope this feedback will prompt improvements in ensuring that all promised services are fulfilled. I truly value transparency and reliability in business, and I hope my experience can help the dealership address these issues for future customers. More
