THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! !!! They put my daughter’s life in danger by not fixing the engines oil problem. It’s a 2021 seltos and she was putting oil in every month since she b !!! We took it in to Prescott dealership so many times and they said nothing was wrong. Finally we took it to Phoenix dealership and when we got there we showed the service guy the oil was smoking and the radiator was cracked. The nice man took the car and did a ring test. He said it was the WORST he’s ever seen. It took him 15 minutes at the most to figure it out. They put in a new engine and radiator. It was still on warranty . Whereas Prescott Kia did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and the engine could have blown and could have harmed or killed my daughter. These people are incompetent worthless and don’t care about their customers. I am going to tell everyone I know and whoever will listen what a horrible and careless and obviously not knowledgeable dealership this is. DONT BUY FROM PRESCOTT KIA!!!!!!! More

Try to schedule service is a joke! !! Dylan a workers exact words when I finally got a hold of someone and asked for a service manager I was told reaching him would be “hit or miss” …. !! Seriously.. meanwhile now I’ll venture to Vegas for my service needs cuz this is just awful.. voicemail says service is open till six one of the times I’ve previously called in the last couple days but yesterday on monday I got a salesman because again no one was answering at service all day on a Monday for crying out loud the sales man who answered said oh yeah the hours had changed and they need to update their voicemail and haven’t… seriously leave an incorrect message on your machine for days like that just bad all around… do better!!!! Bought my car here too sad sad sad…. Bad way to loose a customer for something as simple as having someone available to answer phones and make appointments and don’t tell me Dylan that your short handed that’s not the consumers problem it’s the companies don’t offer services if you can’t follow through!!! And don’t use your lack of workers as an excuse for this awfulness… multiple days of this crap not just one that’s what I’m getting at here is it wasn’t just an isolated issue….I’m sure a negative review will get someone’s attention finally!!!!! More

I took my car in for a recall, they replaced a fuel line. When I got it home I could smell gas. I couldn't find the leak and put it off. When I took it in they said I waited to long. The leak is another fuel line right next to the one they replaced. The part is unbendable and can break very easily. It would break if you drop a tool or put your hand on it. It's my word against theirs. Then ,they charged me 170.00 dollars to diagnose the leak, and it probably took 5 minutes to find. Next, they wanted to charge me 850.00 dollars to replace a 50 dollar line that would take 10 min to replace. More

To Prescott Valley Kia General Manager Mr. Chuck Weesner and surrounding area citizens of Prescott. I was sold a pre-owned 2012 Volkswagon Toureg at the Prescott Valley dealership in which I f Chuck Weesner and surrounding area citizens of Prescott. I was sold a pre-owned 2012 Volkswagon Toureg at the Prescott Valley dealership in which I found that the steering wobbled left and right as I approached highway speeds of 70-75 MPH as well as it pulling to the right and I had mentioned the gash that was on the front left wheel rim where it may have smacked a curb or something. This is not good as I travel to Phoenix often and needed a good reliable, safe vehicle, so I made an appointment for service. After waiting 5 hours in the lobby, they said that they adjusted the front and rear camber and said the problem was corrected. It was not. The car was still doing the exact same wobble and pulling thing, so before it gets to be a dangerous situation, I made another appt and asked service to take it for a test drive. They indicated that it still wobbled and pulled but the symptoms were not noted on the paperwork I was given. The used car manager relayed to me that they weren't going to do anything about it. Not a tire rotation, not a balance, not even an attempt to find out which front tire was the culprit. After 3 1/2 hours, I was sent on my way. I wasn't attempting to get new tires, I just want the vehicle to be safe on the highway. I do have concerns about the many other pre-owned buyers that are sold what could be potentially unsafe vehicles, I don't believe that the car was not test driven at the time of trade in, otherwise it would have been addressed. After waiting a total of 8 1/2 hours in the lobby for nothing, I fully put the lack of responsibility on the used car manager for refusing to make this right. This is not the experience I was expecting from an pre-owned affiliate doing business dealing in used cars within the Prescott Valley Dealership. and this extremely disappointing experience will be continued to be conveyed to all in the area. BUYERS, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS USED CAR DEALER!! If this is corrected, I will recap this review. Let's see if it happens. More

After buying a used car from these crooks my loan was recalled, not upset about that, but the next day they took 1000 dollars from my bank accout after the deal was canceled, after 4 calls to prescott va recalled, not upset about that, but the next day they took 1000 dollars from my bank accout after the deal was canceled, after 4 calls to prescott valley kia i was told by a woman they had call me to tell me I would not get my money they never shoiuld have taken in the first place for a few days, mean time my bank account is now messed up because these morons dont have a clue what they are doing, to top it off I am handy capped and lost my job without a car, my problem of cource. But does Prescott Valley Kia even care about who they hurt. More

We wore very excited to make our first big purchase and have a nice, reliable vehicle. We decided on a used 2014 Kia Optima with 61,000 miles. We wore informed during the purchasing process we would not be able to get an extended warranty. Being young and naive, we didn't think it would be a problem because it was a newer vehicle with pretty low miles. Five months later the engine stars making a knocking noise. I took it back to the dealership and inquired about the problem. The told me there is no warranty on it and nothing they can do. After a bit of research I have found the motor in my Forte has been recalled from other vehicles but not mine. So now we are looking at $3,000 to $4,000 dollars to replace the motor and possibly have the same issue down the road. The 2.0l motors are prone to have metal left in the engine during manufacturing and cause the engine to seize and even catch fire. This was a known problem at the time of our purchase and not brought to our attention. So long story short we got a car payment and no car. More
