Purchased a brand new 2025 Forester from Brian Rea on July 10. Mr. Rea was an awesome sales specialist, courteous, and easy to talk to. HOWEVER, when we met Mr. Fang (Financial Manager), in the back offi July 10. Mr. Rea was an awesome sales specialist, courteous, and easy to talk to. HOWEVER, when we met Mr. Fang (Financial Manager), in the back office to pay for the car the conversation became difficult with him. My appointment was a little late and he was definitely angry. When I asked about his reason for been angry for me been a little late, he started raising his voice. Mr. Fang or Phang (whatever his last name was) talked over my voice, was absolutely rude, obviously no respect towards me, obnoxious, and his appearance was not one from a financial manager. Definitely, this manager needs more training. He did not apologize. I hate to say it, but we might not come back to buy another car there. And that's why they get only four stars. I recommend only Brian Rea, NOT the manager in the back. He should be let go. More

They like to use high pressure tactics just to get you to buy a car. Any car. Not the car you want. You tell them what you want and they can't get it so they try to pressure you into buying something else buy a car. Any car. Not the car you want. You tell them what you want and they can't get it so they try to pressure you into buying something else. They waste a lot of your time and then complain that they have spent time without making a sale. That's what sales is. You don't sell to everyone who walks in the door. But if you do your job correctly, that potential customerr will give good reviews to their friends. Definitely not my case. More

Brian was extremely helpful with our purchase of a 2020 Subaru ascent. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable, something I have not experienced before with salesmen. Normally I hate the Subaru ascent. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable, something I have not experienced before with salesmen. Normally I hate the car buying experience due to being sold extra stuff or them not trying to work with me at all. I felt actually cared for and as a female, I didn’t feel dismissed at all, as most would normally try to just sell to my fiancé, even though it’s my car. I cannot recommend this dealership enough as well as Brian. You will love the car buying experience again. More

Working with Brian Rea and the rest of the team at Prestige was great. With how weird the market is right now, I scheduled a test drive because I saw they had a car I was interested in listed as "in t Prestige was great. With how weird the market is right now, I scheduled a test drive because I saw they had a car I was interested in listed as "in transit" when I arrived, Brian set up the car for me to test and explained the main differences between it and the one we wanted. We loved the vehicle so we put down a deposit. Brian kept us informed of the status of our vehicle and when it arrived set up a time for us to come pick it up. I haven't bought a car in over a decade and I remembered hating the experience because of high-pressure tactics but they didn't try that here. The price we talked about when I gave my deposit was the same price it was when we got there. No surprises. They listed some of the other options, but only went in-depth on those I asked for detail on. Branden was refreshingly open and willing to answer my questions. He even gave me some recommendations on accessories to buy for the car (and stores that might have them) which was very appreciated. Brian walked me around my car, showing me all of the main features. He even offered to help me hook up my phone (but as someone who sold phones, I had a lot of experience here). In the end, I am a happy new Subaru owner and cannot speak highly enough about Prestige Subaru or Brian Rea in particular. More
