I had the privilege of joining Jaguar Land Rover Peoria and the Uftring Auto Group on June 30th, 2014. In my prior 33 yr. career at the Peoria Journal Star, I enjoyed designing and facilitating print and digital advertising strategies for many local business owners in the area. It was very rewarding and I made a lot of good friends along the way. Many of these friends confide in me today to help with their vehicle searches! My wife Lori and I reside in Brimfield, Illinois. She and I are high school sweethearts. We have two sons, Nathan and Brandon. Both of our bots live in Brimfield with their families. In my free time, I enjoy walking my dogs Kooper and Lina. They had my vehicle for approx. 1 month. They had +24hrs notice of my arrival. Vehicle had a bird and a half in the front grill & underbody. Phil fixed it! Fluids not leveled, interior not cleaned.(Phil di notice of my arrival. Vehicle had a bird and a half in the front grill & underbody. Phil fixed it! Fluids not leveled, interior not cleaned.(Phil didn't fix those). (Didn't care about either until I walked up on bird in my grill). This is Not my first 'luxury' dealership experience. This is Definitely Not Luxury Service. Monopoly sevice??? Luxury invoice was received & paid in full. I'll travel into rush hour traffic & sit in an Electric Vehicle, b4 I return to this place. They were very polite & customer service seemed great on the front end. Aaron has sadness in his voice when he read me my final invoice.....I seriously question the work done, so I'm having someone check their work. No worries, I won't be putting my vehicle back on the market, ever. More

Out of town used car purchaser We were looking for a Land Rover Evoque, there were none in our area (St. Louis) that we wanted, but found one at Land Rover Peoria. Since they were over 3 hours away I didn't want to drive that far just to test drive and then negotiate a price. The salesman gave us a very detailed description verbally along with photos (posted on their site). We then also agreed on a price (over a series of calls). We then agreed to purchase the vehicle. When we arrived all was as described, most of the paperwork was prepared. They went over the vehicle in great detail, it was detailed to the max and presented like a new car. Also spent about an hour training us on the specifics of the car, syncing our phones and making sure we left with no questions. One of the best car purchase experiences I've had. Just a straight forward transaction. No surprises, no changes, no misinformation! It was worth the drive and would buy from them again. They were very professional and honest. Thanks More

I white hot HATE buying cars Whenever my wife and I buy a car my eye starts twitching and I feel like running the other way. In fact, I felt like that last weekend. We arrived and were treated extremely well, which made me wonder when would the other shoe drop. We took a test ride and the car was great, kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. We were offered a fair price for my trade so naturally I figured we were about to be hosed in some other way. Nope they made us a good deal for a great car, now I'm mad that I wasted such a great experience. Go shop with these guys they are real pros and don't screw around. Next time I buy a car I'll probably make the 2 hour drive just to shop with them. More
