No customer loyalty discount available! Molly was only one who would respond to email communication. Some of sales people were more friendly and personable than others. Always a good experience at Coulter Nissan in Surprise. This is my 4th purchase with Coulter since December 18th 2015. The kindness from everyone at the Coulter was wonderful! My parents showed up before me, and by the time I arrived my mom was already trying to adopt Mike. I was super stressed about the situation I was in and Mike was so understanding made sure to work with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. When I showed concern about when I could pick her up and was going to go for something else that wasn’t exactly what I hoped for, Eric (I hope I spelled that right) stepped in without being asked to ensure I had zero to worry about! When it came time to fill out the finance paperwork, Brian made sure to break things down in a way that was easy for me to understand and ensure I got the best overall option that would benefit me well beyond what I could have hoped. They all turned what started off as a terrible stress into an absolute blessing and I couldn’t be happier with my experience (or my Rogue). I’d give them 10 out of 5 stars if it let me.
