Lack of communication between the two salesman that were trying to help me purchasing. I want to pick up my truck on a certain day, and it was never even detailed, washed, there was salt all over the floor trying to help me purchasing. I want to pick up my truck on a certain day, and it was never even detailed, washed, there was salt all over the floor mats, I was not notified about damage to the front end of the vehicle. Needless to say I did not pick that truck and I drove over 2 1/2 hours away thinking that truck was ready for me. I did ultimately calm down and one of the salesman got me into another truck two weeks later, but if I had not been patient, you guys would’ve lost a repeat customer More

I drove 4 hours to purchase my Bronco from Lenz. I had test driven a couple in the past few years and knew the exact model and trim I wanted. Overall, Lenz, was easy to work with. Disappointme I had test driven a couple in the past few years and knew the exact model and trim I wanted. Overall, Lenz, was easy to work with. Disappointment came: (1) I brought concerns to the dealer after my test drive letting them know a low windshield washer fluid light had come on, and that my coolant level was well below the minimum (2) chip in windshield that was not previously disclosed Unfortunately, I was told nothing could be done about the windshield because it had already been repaired once… and they said they “filled” the fluids. To be fair, we did negotiate money off for the windshield. I now, no longer trust anything they say. Within minutes of signing my paperwork and leaving the dealership, the low fluid light came back on. I was already started on my way home and honestly didn’t want to deal with the xx again. When I got home, I ended up filling the windshield washer fluid with an entire gallon, and had to top off the coolant. I now have an appt at a local Ford dealer to look at the continued leak in my windshield washer system. Additionally, I noticed the tires were way over-inflated on the passenger side. These are small things, yes; however it makes me wonder what other simple corners were cut just to make a deal. Do yourself a favor - take that inspection list and go over each and every item that you can before you make your purchase. Also - major kudos to Mike B (I was not his client) who took the time to tell me all about the Ford Pass, connecting my car to all of the technology, and spoke to me for quite some time about my new Bronco and genuinely seemed excited about my purchase. He spoke to me with respect and honor, and didn’t try to speak down to me or over me. I have to wonder how different my purchasing experience would be had I worked with him. More
