Brian and Josh also worked to find a truck for me that was exactly what I was looking for, vs. trying to sell me just anything off of their lot. After finding the perfect truck for me and transferring that from another dealership, the White River team made the process of trading my old vehicle and purchasing this new one a breeze, including covering additional service visits at my local dealer to replace a chipped windshield from transit & install the tonneau cover which arrived after I drove the truck off the lot. 10 out of 10 experience with this crew, I will certainly be referring friends interested in a new Toyota to this crew, no matter where in VT or the Northeast they might be shopping from. At another dealership they basically took the pricing info away from me the second I said I wasn’t ready to buy, even though I was clear from the start when I walked in that I was looking at a few options. Brian was the exact opposite. He let me take the time I needed and even encouraged me to talk things over with my husband. That meant a lot. He made the whole experience simple and stress free, and I couldn’t be happier with my new truck! More
