My experience with Ford Country and Kevin Clyde can’t be matched anywhere. In my experience of buying 3 vehicles Kevin has always kept his word, kept in contact about delivery date and any accessories I wan matched anywhere. Set up an appointment couple weeks out to fix some recalls. Drop my vehicle off and they have it for a whole day just to find out they don’t even have the parts to fix the recalls that were scheduled. recalls. And they don’t even give you a loaner. Do not recommend this dealer. More

The service department lied about a part saying it needed to be programmed ( main fuse panel ) and had to be installed by a mechanic but it's a plug and play part .... They are pathetic people and don't dese to be programmed ( main fuse panel ) and had to be installed by a mechanic but it's a plug and play part .... They are pathetic people and don't deserve there pay check . Cost me 250 extra to pay a mechanic for something I could of done myself ... More

What an absolute pleasure. After having a horrible experience at Nissan and a current Nissan customer I stopped by Ford Country. Let me say that Marvin Gomez is absolutely and by far the best sales consultant I have ever had in my lifetime. His complete transparency, ability to listen and take my needs and concerns into account was amazing. It was the smoothest buying experience. I just can’t say enough. The whole entire process from A-Z was amazing. I will highly recommend Ford Country and Marvin to my 900+employees and will definitely be a repeat buyer. Thank you very much. More

This was my first visit to Ford Country and it was great! Brian and his crew were awesome. I started with Jose, he ordered my wiring harness and confirmed that I could use my FordPass points to pay for it. Brian and his crew were awesome. I started with Jose, he ordered my wiring harness and confirmed that I could use my FordPass points to pay for it. Alec called when the part arrived a week later and we scheduled the installation for the next morning. Brian greeted me at the dealership and made sure the part was right and would work. He clearly explained what was going to happen with the install and answered all my concerns. He made sure I was safe (Covid was still raging) and comfortable while I waited. Brian came outside and found me when the install was almost completed and explained what was done. Alec was assigned the job and when it was finished he explained what he did, confirmed it worked and even walked me to the cashiers desk. The cashier was friendly and completed the transaction professionally. While I was waiting I walked around the dealership, there were sales people outside with masks on and all of them greeted me as I walked by. When I first got there I was in the wrong place and was showed where I needed to go. Everyone here appears to be well trained and very friendly. I have owned many cars and been to dozens of dealership. I am truly impressed with Ford Country Henderson. Thanks!! More
