Bryan greeted us, was with another customer, and said he would be with us in a moment. Another salesman informed us that the car we were looking at had been sold 10 minutes before we came in. Bryan was done with his customers, came over and after talking about several different cars, showed us a 2015 XC60 with the colors and options we wanted. He gave us a very fair trade figure for our VOLVO, and we purchased our new to us car that same day. Bryan is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he helped explain several of the features to us. We had a great buying experience. We recommend Steingold Volvo for your next Volvo car purchase. More

I was treated like family! I found Steingold Volvo on line because I was looking for a specific Volvo, in a specific color. All of the people I worked with at the dealership we I found Steingold Volvo on line because I was looking for a specific Volvo, in a specific color. All of the people I worked with at the dealership were absolutely fantastic. Brian was my salesperson and Leigh handled my insurance paperwork, both were fantastic. They offered me a great price on both my trade and on my new Volvo. But that is not the only reason I was so happy, it was because of the way I was treated. They were extremely patient with me, both before I steeped foot into the dealership and then when I arrived. They did not try and up-sell me to a more expensive car that was over my budget and they explained everything before I signed the paperwork. I also met Michael and Stephen Bernardo who were helping answer some of my many detailed questions and I later found out they actually are owners in the dealership. Everyone was professional and I was amazed at how I was not pressured into buying something that I did not want. In my experience many dealerships in my area are more concerned with making the "sale", then really understanding what you want or need. Even though I live an hour away from the dealership, I plan on having my car serviced their as well. The bottom line is, I truly felt like I was home at Steingold. More
