I bought a new maxima from them with under 50k miles on it and was sold a warranty that according to the financial manager "covered everything mechanical and electrical" for 5 years or up to a certain mila it and was sold a warranty that according to the financial manager "covered everything mechanical and electrical" for 5 years or up to a certain milage that I am not even close to yet. He also told me I would be sent with the list of everything covered but he never did. I have had multiple issues with the car ever since I bought it including now what I am finding out will require and entirely new engine because the piston ring has failed causing irreversible damage to the engine and causing oil to leak into the engine causing white smoke to come out the exhaust. I took my car to them multiple times trying to get the issue resolved but the first two times I took it in they "couldn't find anything" and I was charged money out of pocket for it and I took my car to Brakes Plus and they were able to tell me what was wrong within a couple hours but bill Luke didn't want to listen to any of that because it would cost THEM. Finally after I took it to them for a third time now they figure out what's wrong (which by the way is exactly what Brakes Plus said before) and will not cover what is wrong with the car THEY sold me even though the finance manager told me multiple times when purchasing the car that the warranty I bought would cover EVERYTHING which was the only reason I purchased it, but when I contacted CNA, the warranty company, they don't even sell a warranty that covers everything and they told me they get this often where the finance managers lie to the customers about their coverage. I have been in contact with multiple managers at bill Luke and they are not willing to help me what so ever with this issue when THEY are the ones who lied and screwed me over when I gave them my business. They have also refused to get me in contact with the GM to get me more help. More

I just bought and took delivery of a 2023 Mazda Miata MX-5 today, February 12, 2026. I bought the car sight unseen, by the internet sales department. No test drive because of the 82 mile round trip dis MX-5 today, February 12, 2026. I bought the car sight unseen, by the internet sales department. No test drive because of the 82 mile round trip distance. I have owned several Miata cars in the past, and was looking at model year 2016 because of the redesign in 2016. I spent hours and hours on the phone with the dealership, from Sunday, February 8th to Wednesday, February 11th, the date that their sales staff drove out here to deliver the car to me. They put up with my sometimes angry temper, and at one point a manager called me and informed me that they are cancelling the deal and refunding my $1,500 deposit because he did not like the way I was talking to his staff. I have to say, Bill Luke Santan management was right, I was out of line a few times. Its just my nature, and I am genuinely a nice person who helps alot of people. I told the manager that I would like to go ahead with the deal, and "lets start fresh." He agreed. After delivery, the tiny "cockpit" hurt my back and I asked for a return less than one day after delivery. The dealership agreed, and even offered (after some additional calls) to send a team out here, 40 miles one way, and pick up the car today, February 12th. But I was sad because the purchase price of this 2023 Miata MX-5 was significantly less than Miata autos listed on line that were actually older with more mileage. I could not even come close to the sales price. After trying seat cushions to soften the sitting position and driving the Miata several miles to the Phoenix central business district, my back felt great. No pain during, or after the 40 mile round trip today. Happily, I informed the dealership that I wanted to cancel the return pick-up and refund price, and decided to keep this beautiful, almost mint condition, Miata. I hereby recommend Bill Luke Santan to anyone who wants perhaps the best buying price anywhere. More
