Recently, I happened to get an opportunity to buy a car from this dealer. Once the deal finalized, they really understand and know how to take care of customers and walk them out happy. Brian Martin is gre from this dealer. Once the deal finalized, they really understand and know how to take care of customers and walk them out happy. Brian Martin is great guy who was very committed to make sure I get what I am looking for in my car. Missing lug nuts caused damage costing me $4300 per the Nashville Mercedes dealer. Barrington Dealership denied responsibility for missing nuts. One lug nut was holding wheel on, very dangerous. Problem ha Nashville Mercedes dealer. Barrington Dealership denied responsibility for missing nuts. One lug nut was holding wheel on, very dangerous. Problem had progressively worse. Car had been returned to Mercedes by original owner for unresolved issue, which I was told was resolved. If you want a Mercedes save yourself some trouble and money and go somewhere else. More

Brian Martin was a great help in answering all our technical questions, patient and very friendly! In fact, I told him that; "if you had a arrogant attitude like the ones in Nashville have in the first 2-3 minutes I would have turned your back on you and we would gone to the next dealer". We were so humiliated by those in Nashville (mercedes-benz dealer of city music) that because of them we almost gave up driving or ever buying a mercedes car !! They are only interested in the fake prizes posted on their website enough to catch their customers in the net and after that ... a boy, after that you wish you hadn't known them at all! A lot of executives without the ability to be of any help to their clients. I'd rather spend 2-3 days and travel to Chicago at Motor Werks than drive 20 minutes to Nashville. Motor Werks Chicago remains our reference for the next potential buying cars and their professionalism, that of Brian, the general manager as well as the other technicians, etc. made me believe that I can still find a serious dealer to compare with the one in London / UK where for many years I was their client! Bravo Motor Werks, keep it up !! More

Brian helped me with my AUDI S6. Car was bought from him sight unseen. It was shipped cross country and arrived on my driveway exactly as advertised. Brian was helpful, responsive and even followed up with sight unseen. It was shipped cross country and arrived on my driveway exactly as advertised. Brian was helpful, responsive and even followed up with the previous owner to get me the second key which was originally missing. Terrific experience. There were some issues with paperwork but they were dealt with promptly. Highly recommend Brian and Mercedes-Benz of Barrington. More

Brian was very friendly and respectful when i ordered my car 4 months ago. He kept me updated until the car was delivered. Closing was a breeze and quick. Great sales experience, then they don't care. Had a great sales experience, then 3 days later noticed the hood of my BRAND NEW C63 had been repaired. Then the funny thing was they could find no do Had a great sales experience, then 3 days later noticed the hood of my BRAND NEW C63 had been repaired. Then the funny thing was they could find no documentation of it being repaired at the dealer or at the factory. Service manger advised maybe I should fix it myself because of my prior experience as a paint technician or maybe a could purchase a clear bra for the front to cover up the botched repair. WHAT! I voiced my concern to the salesman and was told he would contact the GM and get back to me. 3 days later I called my salesman left message that I hadn't received a call yet. 4 days later still no call. So I guess you pay $100,000 for a car with a BAD repair it's to bad so sad you own it. When you buy a new car with factory paint that's what you should get, not a new car with aftermarket paint that will look horrible in a few years. Be very aware of this dealer, once you own it it's your problem. More

Treated me like family. Brian exceeded my expectations of what I thought should have been a car buying experience. He went above and beyond his responsibly as a salesman and Brian exceeded my expectations of what I thought should have been a car buying experience. He went above and beyond his responsibly as a salesman and really changed my opinion on the entire sales process. What I once thought to be a shady and cumbersome process was actually very pleasant. He’s an honest, well spoken gentlemen that treated me like family throughout the entire experience. More
