There are 3 local choices for a Mazda dealership. I chose DePaula because of the location. I could not be more pleased with my choice. The dealership I worked with in Asheville set the bar extremely I chose DePaula because of the location. I could not be more pleased with my choice. DePaula has performed several services on my Mazda. They have fixed some botched work from another dealership, installed an engine, and performed oil changes. DePaula Mazda puts their customers first. I had gone in a week prior to get an oil change. My car was dropped off at 9am and my oil hadn’t been changed at 1pm as promised. To make the situati I had gone in a week prior to get an oil change. My car was dropped off at 9am and my oil hadn’t been changed at 1pm as promised. To make the situation right the service manager gave me a free detail and offered to pick up or drop off my car for my rescheduled oil change. For my rescheduled oil change they did just that, my car was dropped off where it needed to be. While being delivered sparking as if it was brand new. Business stands on customer service, that is exactly what DePaula Mazda provided! More

The videos sent were very thorough and detailed. Lisa was quick to make contact with me and get approval of the work. Car was ready on time. Brian worked with Bridgestone to help replace my tires.
