I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made sure I was comfortable and confident with every step. Logan’s professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a new car! The only pain point I will call out is their vehicle tracking system, it can be incorrect and that can be frustrating. More

The “Toyota dealership in Vancouver” was HORRID FOR HER TO DEAL WITH. Bald faced lies, a “women don’t know anything” attitude, & deceit were standard. But, with WIlsonville Toyota, EVERYTHING I’ve experienced so far at WIlsonville Toyota is “Top Notch”. We just purchased a used 2011 Toyota Venza. Nice car. NO PRESSURE. We found two very minor things things that got missed when processing the the previous owner’s trade-in. (The heated Driver’s seat didn’t heat, and a burned out license plate light bulb.) Lawrence’s response was immediate. “Bring it in, we’ll give you a loaner and get it taken care of.” No quibble like “well, you have to understand the car is 14 years old”. NO, it was immediate, “we’ll fix it.” I volunteered to fix the light bulb myself, if Service would just show me how to access it. The Service Writer chuckled & said “we’ll be glad to fix it for you”. THAT’S SERVICE. THAT’S “WE WANT YOUR FUTURE BUSINESS”we will continue to drive 27 miles, one way, to deal with WIlsonville Toyota, and Lawrence, our new Favorite Salesman. 😊. More
