They claim to inspect all vehicles and have a Lenz Guarantee promising no surprises for the customer. Well I had only put 100 miles on the truck once home before finding a big puddle under the rear of Guarantee promising no surprises for the customer. Well I had only put 100 miles on the truck once home before finding a big puddle under the rear of the truck. I ended up needing to have the rear pinion seal replaced costing me $800. I fixed that and just chaulked it up to bad luck. After another 50 miles on the truck the engine light came on. I had 4 different turbo codes. I got a hold of the salesman and his response was he would have service contact me. I live 5 hours away so that really wouldn't do me any good but I waiting a week for their call and it never came. The owners have a video on the website about the Lenz Guarantee and if there is any issues to co tact them and they would handle it for me. So I called and left a message and emailed, but never got a response. I ended up needing to have the turbo actuator replaced as well as the turbo nox sensor. This all cost me another $1800. At this point I have drove the truck a total of 150 miles once home from the dealership and I've had to put almost $3000 into repairs and no response from the dealership owners. My local dealer told me that when the engine code is cleared it can take 5 to 10 key cycles before the code pops back up so I'm betting the turbo codes were cleared prior to me purchasing the truck. I feel like the inspection before my purchase was the service department hiding as many issues as possible and the so called Lenz Guarantee is just a guarantee not to find the issues until it's too late. I wish the dealership would have stood by their Lenz Guarantee or at least acknowledged I had an unforseen issue and did anything to try and make it right. Instead I was ignored. Not a good way to run a business. More

I just purchased my fifth vehicle from Lenz. I've always had a good experience dealing with this auto dealer. This time I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Rutkowski as my sales agent. H I've always had a good experience dealing with this auto dealer. This time I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Rutkowski as my sales agent. His customer service was incredible and unmatched. Every detail was taken care of in the process. Kyle initiated and followed up with me on every concern and step. I can count on one hand how many reviews I've written but had to express my gratitude with Kyle and this dealer. It truly is an enjoyable experience buying a car from here! More

Buyer beware. If you absolutely have to buy a trauck and you can't find what you're looking for any place else and by accident happen to wonder on to the LENZ If you absolutely have to buy a trauck and you can't find what you're looking for any place else and by accident happen to wonder on to the LENZ dealership you will be sorry. Skip has no real customer service skills, no tact, and you will irritate him if you start asking questions about a vehicle. Next, should you want a manager because you don't want to deal with Skip, Justin will mislead you on the price of the vehicle. Once you reach out to the ownership because your business isn't worth the time to fix the obvious issues at hand, they call it "obsticles" and delfect from the the root cause of poor customer service. Save yourself time and money and go to any other place beside Lenz. Give your business to a company that will treat you right and not mislead you. You've been warned... More

dot your I's and cross your T's I just purchased a 2017 ford F250 from Lenz. Brian Lenz was my sales person.Truck had 34100 miles so with about 2000 left on factory warranty. At closi I just purchased a 2017 ford F250 from Lenz. Brian Lenz was my sales person.Truck had 34100 miles so with about 2000 left on factory warranty. At closing on the Wisconsin buyers guide I was informed the passenger power mirror was broken but not to worry, take it at your convenience to the dealership as it was covered.Which I should of scratched my head at that point as they, Lenz truck had had the truck to dealership in Minocqua for other issues. Why didn't they just fix it then if they already knew about it? it was on the buyers guide. The truck is in the shop now milage 36250 getting the mirror fixed at a cost of $168.00.Brian at Lenz has said he is not responsible to cover it since it's out of factory warranty. So I will pick up the bill.As a local business owner and someone who has purchased several new and used vehicles, have never had any car dealer balk at such a small item to keep a thing that seems to have left this world called Customer Satisfaction.Very surprising I can not recommend Robert Hynes, Mercer Rentals, Mercer Wisconsin.
