Excellent Dealership and excellent Service I have owned my Abarth now over a year and a half. Best purchase I have ever made in my life. The dealer gave a great deal and the service department I have owned my Abarth now over a year and a half. Best purchase I have ever made in my life. The dealer gave a great deal and the service department has been great to work with as well. While the car could sell itself, the staff truly have a passion for Alpha and Abarth and it shows every time I stop in to see whats new on the lot. After this one, I loved the car so much I bought a white one as well. May come back when Alpha sells a coupe version of the Giulia. Coby took time to drive my daughter and I around the lot to see all the models and talked about each one before I decided on which one I wanted. It was great so see his passion for cars was much like my own. More

With regularly scheduled maintenance from perhaps the best service department in the tri-state we hope to keep it on the road for many years to come. Today we purchased our second Kia, a 2017 Sedona and the experience exceeded all expectations. I was prepared for a price battle and sales pitches kind of day but instead I was met with an honest group of hard working sales professionals who made the entire purchasing experience a true pleasure. The Sweeney executive team has obviously recognized that quality staff is the secret to a long and successful business. More

questionable actions 1. Got a Kia 2012 in 2015 - loved it 2.I Referred My best friend same year 2015, was promised a referral bonus ( 100.00) - still waiting being told 1. Got a Kia 2012 in 2015 - loved it 2.I Referred My best friend same year 2015, was promised a referral bonus ( 100.00) - still waiting being told that paperwork is submitted. That was a year ago. 3.Referred my mother this year another 100.00 referral bonus- still waiting on both now. Being told that paperwork is in and I don't know why its not being sent to you? hmmmmm....ok Spoke with several customer service reps....no results. 4. Upon completion of paperwork I attempted to get my KIA refinanced with them and I don't believe I can because instead of making me a co-signer for my moms car they put me down as the primary buyer, which I did not approve ( so I have 2 cars in my name)for nor did I sign in the primary spot on application, it was for co-signer. a lot of sneaky things being done to make a sale from honest people as myself whom make payments on time and follow all rules. Not a satisfied customer at all at this point, and I'm left with no answers from anyone. I have gotten a car from Jake Sweeney in tri county and NEVER HAD THESES PROBLEMS. I hope Mr. Sweeney reads theses because something should be done. I wonder if I just need to take legal action. **** Update as if 12/19/2016 spoke with Jessie today manager of the used sales Dept. What a treat. Upon speaking with Jessie he explained to me that I wouldn't get my referral bonus because 1.st I co signed for my mom's car so it's like paying me for buying another car an 2. My friends deposit wasn't paid. As I ponder this answer mind you my friend still has her car an is current with payments an she just happen to be here at that moment. So she says I paid 1500 for my deposit so who has it if you don't? I then said someone is playing games now it's no longer about the money it's just the principal. He got mad told me I saw the review you posted an I'm not giving you anything since it's about principal. You change the review I give you your bonus. Wow wow Mr Jessie how are you professional? I will continue to report this behavior of Mr Jessie until something is done this is crazy. I have 2 cars with you an referred 1 with a list of 2 more waiting. I love Kia overall and give them an donte a five star, but due to Jessie's actions I have to rate so low. I won't let me Jessie ruin my feelings towards Kia or the Sweeney dealerships an will continue to refer my friends. Donte is great he went above an beyond to assist me in any way possible. He deserves an award an I thank him because he is the ONLY reason I will continue to send people his way. He is professional honest an a hard worker to make sure you get the car you want at a price one can afford. I even have a great time with the Kia Service Dept manager, I believe his name is Brian. He follows through with all apps and concerns. Thank you. Please understand I'm not out to make Mr Jessie lose his job because his co workers speak very highly of him, but I do want him to understand how important it is to treat/communicate better especially when your in a field where these are key factors to have.
