I have been going to Audi for about a year now and have never had a problem. Everyone is always friendly. I took my car in to have a part replaced, the check engine light had been on for a couple weeks. never had a problem. Everyone is always friendly. I took my car in to have a part replaced, the check engine light had been on for a couple weeks. I had a 10:30 appt. At 1:00 they told me that another part had to be replaced because the check engine light was still on and I would have to leave my car overnight. I said that was fine and they gave me a loaner vehicle to use. I got a call the following day that something else had to be replaced because the engine light was still on. I called there the following day three times. The first time a got the receptionist who said they were still working on my vehicle. I called after lunch and left a message for Brian, the gentlemen who I had been dealing with. I did not get a call back. I called again at 3:45 because I knew they closed at 5:00 and I needed 45 minutes to get there. I got the receptionist again and she said that my vehicle just got finished and I could come and pick it up. I never received a call that my vehicle was done, which was not right. They had my car for almost 3 days, I should have gotten a call that my vehicle was finished. More
