My car was in the shop for two weeks, during which I experienced poor communication and numerous delays. I had to proactively call the dealership for updates, as they rarely reached out to me. I attempted to contact the manager several times, Adam Ragab, but the service department consistently informed me that he was busy or in meetings. They assured me he would return my calls, but he never did. I even sent him an email outlining my concerns, yet he didn’t bother to respond. This lack of accountability likely explains why his service department is so poorly managed under his leadership. The numerous negative reviews from other customers seem to support this conclusion. More

Don't buy from this dealer. I bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee from Rey Martinez. I went to pick up the car and there was trouble starting it. I reached out to rey the next day t I bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee from Rey Martinez. I went to pick up the car and there was trouble starting it. I reached out to rey the next day to tell him about it and to arrange for it to be looked at and I never heard from him again. I then called Rey to talk about it again. He lied and said he was working with a customer and would call me back to arrange service to take the car in. I never heard back. Seems to be that Rey is not interested in helping a customer because he already made his money off of my sale. I am so disappointed in Kelly Jeep and would not recommend buying from a dealer that sells cars that are not fully functioning More

don't buy the cars from them I just bought a luxury jeep grand wagoneer when I went to pickup there was a dent on the hood. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. The lease company this dealership does business has LOCKED me into my lease by "market adjusting" my lease buyout.
