Fast, efficient, friendly, and prompt service even for walk-ins which is always great. Everyone in service, from start to finish was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Words can’t not explain how great this service center is, the same goes for the staff. I’ve always been treated like family instead of a customer. Which is why I continue to get all of my vehicles serviced a the same goes for the staff. I’ve always been treated like family instead of a customer. Which is why I continue to get all of my vehicles serviced at Zeigler Honda of Racine. I recommend everyone give them a try who hasn’t already. They work on more than just Hondas. We discover some damage on our new 2024 Honda Odyssey that we have photographic evidence of it existing prior to us taking delivery. We took delivery on 6 June 2024, and this issue has yet to be resolve that we have photographic evidence of it existing prior to us taking delivery.
