Brian took great care of me, and being a visitor from out of state, was conscious of my time. I test drove a great truck and came back two days later to purchase. When that time came, Reggie a sales associate taking over for Brian on his day off was no-bull - straight-to-the-point and got me a great deal on the truck and on my trade - again-without playing games. When it was time for financing - I was called into the room with Chris Bogar - a very friendly guy who was aiming to provide me with bumper to bumper service - 3 years, 60k miles - for what he claimed was only 11-ish dollars more than my monthly payment - something he had stretched from 72 months to 75 months to make work - and i was ok with that He had tacked on 3300 dollars to my loan amount to cover this service- but let me know that despite that large amount -which works out to 44 dollars per month, my payment for the warranty would only be 11 dollars more a month over the span of my loan - I took the deal, as it seemed stupid not to - i mean 11 bucks more a month seamed very reasonable to cover everything. After a little bit of thought on the drive home, I decided that paying interest on the 3300 dollars for the length of my loan wasn't worth the warranty to me, despite the deal, and I went back to cancel it. Cancelation was simple and easy - management worked with me and wrote up a new statement ....then I checked the monthly payment WITHOUT the warranty. My payment had gone down the full 40+ dollars monthly over a 72 month term, not 11 dollars like Chris had told me it would be over 75 months - I felt cheated and lied to. The entire reason I took the warranty in the first place was because of the great deal Chris told me I was getting. I can't help but feel uneasy about my experience with the finance department. There may be something that I am missing here - but I feel like the math didn't add up. Had my payment gone down the 11 dollars after the warranty was cancelled - which is what I was told, I wouldn't have thought twice - but thankfully I cancelled the warranty and saved myself 3 months of extra financing and roughly 40 bucks monthly - not 11. I recommend Liberty Ford's sales staff and management - but be weary of the warranties and how they factor in - check your monthly payments before and after and make sure that they are consistent with what you are being sold and told. I never write reviews, but this felt needed I am from Columbus and have been searching for a Audi A4 and found the most perfect looking Audi at Liberty Ford for an amazing price. So I thought it I am from Columbus and have been searching for a Audi A4 and found the most perfect looking Audi at Liberty Ford for an amazing price. So I thought it was too good to be true and called from Columbus. I was very specific when I asked the sales men if the car had any imperfections (even though the pictures online looked flawles. It looked like a brand new car) and they confidently told me that the car was near perfect. I was so excited to pick it up but when I finally saw the car it had large amounts of rust on the hood, fenders, and a couple other places., there was cigarette burns everywhere on the interior, smelled like smoke, the cup holder broke when I tried to use it, and when I was driving down the road the visor just fell right off of its hinge and dangled. The best part though was it was a manual and no matter what gear you had it in, it sounded like it was in first gear at 3000RPM at all times. I wasn't mean, mad, or irrational when speaking to the manager, and he just did not seem to care that his employees wasted my time after I drove two and a half hours to get there. The salesman AJ was nice and professional, but I don't know what they are doing at that dealership. But kudos to them for being able to make a crap car look brand new in pictures and lie to get me there. More

Used car - lack of propsal 4/172015We were seeking a used car - RAV 4 2012- saw one listed at your dealership with the miles and approximate $$ we were looking for. My husban 4/172015We were seeking a used car - RAV 4 2012- saw one listed at your dealership with the miles and approximate $$ we were looking for. My husband went to look at it brought it home for my review - we liked what we saw and test drove it - So my husband went back with Carlos to the dealership to obtain what we thought would be a proposal. Did not happen!!! The Sales Manager Brian - would not give my husband a proposal unless he would commit to purchase. Which my husband would not do and does not do at the initial propsal. He likes to have time to think about the whole think before committting to purchasing. I do believe we would have bought this vehicle after a time of talking over the propsal had we gotten one. Based on my husband's dealing with this dealership at this time I do not think he would ever go back there. Yes he had an offer on another vehilcle at another dealership but we were really interested in the one at Liberty - but without a propsal and the sales manager not willing to provide one we chose to buy the other vehicle. I have nothing but good to say for Carlos the Sales man but he could not make the decision(proposal) Is there not something about the legality of not providing something in writing???? More

Carlos provides an great buying experience My wife and I have been interested in a Ford Flex since they came out back in 2008. We finally made the purchase in March 2015 for our growing family My wife and I have been interested in a Ford Flex since they came out back in 2008. We finally made the purchase in March 2015 for our growing family. Carlos Melendez was very helpful and extremely easy to work with in making our decision. Carlos focused on getting us what we wanted and making the best decision for our growing family. Liberty had the perfect Flex model for us, but after attending the auto show we need to test drive some other models as well. Carlos gave us the freedom to make our own decision and helped us along the process in a very professional and friendly way. We test drove the Dodge Durango and Chevy Traverse and while they had their positive features, they could not touch the Flex on interior space, design, smooth ride, and price. I would definitely recommend Carlos and Brian Horan (helped us close the deal) to anyone looking for a car. I'd especially recommend the Flex as it is awesome! More
