Not too pleased with the AI system initiated at Koons Service Dept. Prefer talking to a human on the phone. Was not sure the AI understood what it was I was requesting and for which of the 2 Chevies I r Service Dept. Prefer talking to a human on the phone. When notified by text that work was completed ; payment was requested by the phone. That endeavor failed and ended up paying at service desk anyway. A task undertaken by Brian Hastman, my service advisor who did so with poise and aplomb. There was no 13 pt. inspection result provided either. A small matter maybe ; but it was missed and I would refer to it when it came time for the next service interval. More
