Rip off.... Hopeless service Total Rip off....got the 120k service package. Charged me a hefty bill about 1.5 to 2k. My vehicle started Giving trouble within a month or so. The br Total Rip off....got the 120k service package. Charged me a hefty bill about 1.5 to 2k. My vehicle started Giving trouble within a month or so. The break callipers, rotor and the pads on front had Worn out. The rotor and pads had to be replaced which cost me around 1k+ again. So what did they do in the 120k service? I wonder if they deliberately messed up these parts so that it would deteriorate faster and I would visit them again. This is not the first time I experienced this with this service consultant. I would not recommend this service consultant or center to anyone. More

Pilot recall fixed I received a letter from Honda stating that there was a recall on my Pilot. I called Honda of Tysons to schedule an appointment. I was able to get my I received a letter from Honda stating that there was a recall on my Pilot. I called Honda of Tysons to schedule an appointment. I was able to get my car in quickly and their shuttle service took me home while I waited for the repair to be done. Brian Giles was my service advisor. He was friendly and helpful. More

Price gauging Wish I could give 0 stars. My son took our Honda (2 years old, under 23,000 miles) to Honda (purchased at this location) to have the tires rotated and Wish I could give 0 stars. My son took our Honda (2 years old, under 23,000 miles) to Honda (purchased at this location) to have the tires rotated and check one tire for a leak. They charged a total of $103!! ($22 for tire rotation/coupon) and the rest for patching the tire (they added an enviro fee). More

Tysons Honda customer service After years of searching for a good mechanic and trying many in the Tysons area (to include Honda Tysons and leaving it), I decided to try it again. I chose Brian Giles as my service provider because of his high customer service ratings and am very glad I did. After approximately 3 years working with him, I can say he is consistently professional, courteous and respectful for his customers' time; and, he really tries to work with his customers if budgeting repairs is needed. I highly recommend BRIAN GILES. More

Friendly Service, Expert Help They know their stuff at Honda of Tysons. I have taken 4 Hondas to them over the years and have received solid advice.
