It’s the most luxurious Nissan dealership I have been to, possibly because it shares it with the Infinity brand. Unlike other Nissan dealers, I am not harassed by salespeople when I hang out in the showroom possibly because it shares it with the Infinity brand. Unlike other Nissan dealers, I am not harassed by salespeople when I hang out in the showroom while waiting for my Rogue to be serviced. Finally, I really like Patty Ramirez at service. Unlike other Nissan service advisors, she will not try to scare me into doing work that may or may not need to be done right away. More

Brian took our STRESS away by finding the problem/issue bestowed on us by Team Nissan of Oxnard! Thank you so much Brian!! Since my last post here, I visited Oxnard to see if they would pay for the damages that they caused and found by Brian! We settled on their offer to pay for the damaged front strut their worker carelessly damaged. I was ready to hit the small claims procedures when they offered to pay for the part, approximately $300.00. Again, Brian and his dealership saved us continued agony over my beautiful 2020 Rogue SL.
