I just bought a 2016 BMW 328xi. I feel like I stole it. An incredible price for an incredible machine and I couldn't be happier. First of all the salesperson( Brian F. ) doesn't really want to sell. Evry time we asked a question his response was " don't buy the car, we can stop everything now". If you want to have ) doesn't really want to sell. Evry time we asked a question his response was " don't buy the car, we can stop everything now". If you want to have a huge headache go there. Paperwork was a mess, they gave us copies that wasn't readable, financial papers were missing ( they forgot to give it to us to sign!!!) we have to come back after a week, We bought a car in June, now it's September and we received a statement from DMV that we have to pay late fee because our car wasn't registered in time. We paid taxes, registration fee at the time of purchase, they charge admin fee around $600 to do all the paperwork for you !!! More

Very difficult to get in contact from someone at there actual location. Put a deposit on a car, called 5 separate times in terms of financing no one got back to me. Had an appointment to come in and befor actual location. Put a deposit on a car, called 5 separate times in terms of financing no one got back to me. Had an appointment to come in and before was told the car i put a deposit down on sold and just made excuses on the computer instead of giving solutions to getting me a similar car at the same price without trying to sell me a 4k warranty when I repeatedly said no. And gave the dealership a second try, bought the car unhappy with it as all rims are scratched and my car has a broken sensor. There’s an alleged post purchase customer service line that was supposed to reach out to me after I ask 3 people about it. Never had heard from them. And cherry on top the car salesman asked for me to take my bad review down after continuing to provide awful customer service. Also blamed me for not knowing about the damages when it was never listed on the website and when I got to buy the car I was pushed straight in purchasing and the saleman did not even walk me out. Long term review: We bought a minivan from Echo Park in 2023 knowing that they stood behind their vehicles. They did, but problems remain, and I had to come out of pocket to fix the problems myself. Whe 2023 knowing that they stood behind their vehicles. They did, but problems remain, and I had to come out of pocket to fix the problems myself. When we took delivery of the van, the navigation system did not work. Echo Park got it fixed. I was happy. But, our minivan, days after we got it from Echo Park, started creaking and groaning over low speed bumps, and it felt a little unsettled at highway speed. I contacted Echo Park, and they agreed to do whatever it took to fix the problem. They took the van to the Chrysler dealership and gave me a loaner. Fast forward a few weeks, and Chrysler replaced the entire transmission under warranty. Great. But the van groans over bumps and still feels odd. Fast forward, and Echo Park replaces the entire front strut assemblies. Hooray. Two days later, groan over bumps. Months have passed between the car purchase and the replacement of the struts, I've been in multiple rental cars from Echo Park, they give me a gift card to compensate me for the trouble. But the van creaks and groans. 38,000 miles on the odometer. I take it to the Chrysler dealer-a different one closer to my house-and the dealership charges me to diagnose it. Diagnosis? We need to look into it. Conclusion? We need you to come in and give us more money. Great. I call echo park, they call me back but don't leave a message. Life happens, everyone is busy, I drive my creaking, groaning van for 12,000 miles. Fast forward to two months ago, and my front tires, which were pretty much new when I bought the van ,are worn down to the belts at the edges. Great. I put two new tires on the back and rotate the rears to the front. Two weeks go by and the front tires wear out again at the edges. Great. My van is so broken that I can't even keep tires on it. I have to pay to replace the entire control arm assemblies out of pocket on a vehicle that's been "inspected" by Echo Park and is "certified." So I do. After the entire front suspension is replaced, the car doesn't make any more creaking noises. "Certified," "Inspected." Two more brand new tires go on. Overall, I am happy enough: I bought a used car during the worst possible used car market and got a good price. But, the car showed up broken after I paid $400 to ship it to myself. Echo Park went out of their way to try to make me happy, but the car didn't get fixed. I had to do it myself. The moral of the story is: the idea that Echo Park inspects the cars and certifies them may not be entirely accurate. They kind of do that, but when it came down to it, their inspection was a failure when it comes to my van. And, the idea that Echo Park will stand behind what they sell might not be entirely accurate. They did, until problems remained, and then they were my problems. They kind of stood behind the van and spent time and money to make me happy, but at the end of the day, my van was still broken, and I'm out a few thousand dollars to fix a van that was certified to be trouble free. I would not recommend Echo Park. They did not find an obvious problem with my van that they should have when they inspected the van and certified it. And, even though they jumped through hoops to get the problem solved, when they were done, they were done. So, I had to fix a car that was certified as being flawless with my own money so that it was drivable. And, if you've read all the way to the end, my car was delivered totally filthy inside. The loaner cars that I had for the months it took to fix the problems that were not fixed came off the lot-they were for sale. Totally filthy. They don't detail the cars, they don't do anything. How do I know? Well, one of the cars had a receipt for the last time someone rented it from Avis in the center console. And some of the cars were in worse shape than mine, they felt worn out. Oh your certified inspected guaranteed minivan is not road worthy? Here's a car so dirty you don't want your kids to be in More
