I had a problem with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been repaired incorrectly by another dealer. Johnnie Medina, my service advisor,worked over and beyond to get my car diagnosed correctly. I was only bille repaired incorrectly by another dealer. Johnnie Medina, my service advisor,worked over and beyond to get my car diagnosed correctly. I was only billed a minimal number of hours for a diagnosis that required help from Detroit. Very grateful to have my Jeep back on the road. Thanks to Brian also. More
