I have had numerous visit to this dealer between service for my existing vehicles as well as purchasing a CPO vehicle. They are very competitive in pricing for their vehicles and very honest in the whole s for my existing vehicles as well as purchasing a CPO vehicle. They perform great work and reasonable prices and are always upfront on the work needed as well. The complimentary car wash is a nice treatment too! More

This was my second time purchasing through Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. I was looking to trade in my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe for a 2013 due to all the new technology that the 2013's have. Making the decision to go to Seekonk instead of Middletown (which is about equal distance to me) was based on the experience that I had the first time around. When I first worked with Brian back in 2011 I was returning a leased Volkswagon Jetta and was having problems with that dealer (VW). Brian took time out of his busy day to actually go with me to return the VW to be sure that I did not have any additional problems. Brian left such an impression on me that this time around I asked for him right away when I arrived in Seekonk. Brian makes the car buying experience such a pleasure. He is aware that time is valuable and makes sure that every step of the process is handled efficiently and accurately. It took all of about an hour or so to work out a deal (there was a little back and forth of the price via text the following day) and Brian had me in and out in an hour and a half the night I came in to sign my paperwork and pick up my new car. I really cannot say enough good things about him. Having worked in a Bank for over 15 years I am fully aware of how important good customer service is and how hard it is to find. It is very apparent that Brian not only enjoys his job but that he strives to go above and beyond with each and every customer that he has. Now whenever someone mentions to me that they are in the market to purchase a car I immediately recommend Herb Chambers in Seekonk and I always tell them to ask for Brian. I know 100% that he will take care of them and that their experience will be phenomenal!! More
