With the whole VW diesel scandal, Brian has been informative and very helpful. When it was tie to purchase a new SUV, I found a great price in North Carolina where I frequently do business. The only dealership of 5 in the area who matched this price was Ourisman. All the others said it would take 2 - 3 months to find the color we were looking for, Brian called me back at 7:00 PM on a Friday night to say that the car would b there in the morning. Guess where I will go when we need our next car! More
