Worst customer service ever!!! I purchased 2018 F250 Deleted and with the exhaust system removed They sold me a truck that they did not have the title for. 46 days still no title! I talked to accou Deleted and with the exhaust system removed They sold me a truck that they did not have the title for. 46 days still no title! I talked to accounting and tag department. Several other stalling tactics they used. So I called today and they gave me one voicemail after another. Finally I tell them I want to speak to used sales manager a guy named Rodney answered the phone and began to blame me because I did not finance with them saying I should have financed with them and I would not have this problem. I asked to speak with someone else he tells to xxxx off that he was the manager I asked for his last name he tells me it don’t matter because he’s quitting. Then he gives the phone to a TJ I asked for that guys last name he told me it was carter(I looked dealership up after I got off phone he lied it was KOON). TJ told me that he called over to accountant and got it fixed.and that they was sending me another paper fedex overnight. So I will be contacting the EPA to discuss whether are not the sell of truck was legal. Because the sold the truck without exhaust emissions system and deleted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST! AND VERY ARGUMENTATIVE. OBVIOUSLY BY READING THE OTHER REVIEWS THE OWNER MUST NOT CARE. ALSO I ASKED TJ WHO THE OWNER WAS AND OF COURSE HE DID NOT KNOW. More

Happily Satisfied I was so glad to go to Patterson Kia. They have always seem to have my best interest in mind when helping me. .I was surprised that they were all so p I was so glad to go to Patterson Kia. I felt fortunate when I left because to be working with such good people. Its a mixed bag. The managers weren't bad. The recptionists were kind and cordial. The mechanics are happy to leave a job half finished. Pete the service advisor was t The managers weren't bad. Buyer beware, wrong size tires on purchased car. I bought a used car from Patterson Kia of Arlington, and they had put new tires on it. Later on, I discovered they had put the wrong size tires on it I bought a used car from Patterson Kia of Arlington, and they had put new tires on it. Later on, I discovered they had put the wrong size tires on it, and so now when I have an issue with just one tire, I am being forced to purchase an entire new set. Patterson will not make it right either. If they really cared about their customers like "family" so they claim, they would do what is right and put the correct size on my car. Besides the replacement issue, since I have tires on my car that are smaller than the manufacturer specification, my speedometer and my odometer are incorrect. Shame on you, Patterson Kia!!! More

Great service with no hassle!! I had my Kia serviced last week and they were helpful, friendly and even took time to show me some features on my car that I wasn't aware of.
