This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. Curtice went above and beyond to make this an ideal purchase for me. I went in and bought a 2010 Challenger SE. They gave me an awesome price for my trade and I was soon out the door. Not only that but I also looked at a 2007 Chevy Tahoe on their pre-owned lot. Curtice personally drove the tahoe to my home,(which was 45 miles away) so my wife could look at it. Then proceeded to take care of the paperwork from my kitchen table! I have bought many new vehicles in the past and can tell you some horror stories. I will be buying in the future from this dealer and would be more than happy to recommend them to my friends and family. 5 STARS doesn't even begin to rate my experience. Every employee we met and talked with (even while casually passing in the halls) was very friendly, professional, and upbeat. Phil Smith, our primary Sales Representative, is one of the most personnable and likeable people I've ever met. It was a real pleasure working with Phil. I always felt that he was being honest and genuine in his replies to my questions and concerns, and never felt pressured to make a decision regarding a purchase. It's very refreshing to have finally found a car dealer that we can heartily recommend to friends.
