HI LIZDAVIS1798, we're sorry to hear that you feel this way but you did purchase a pre-owned vehicle and bought it in "AS-IS" condition and drove the vehicle away. The brakes were in good working order when the vehicle left, however we can not be responsible for how the vehicle is driven or maintained after it has left the lot. The vehicle was brought back to us in not working order and we did work with you to correct the issue and get you back on the road. You verified with the manager that everything was working after your test drive to ensure you were happy with the vehicle. As for the other shop, they did not see the condition of the brake lines before being replaced so of course they are going to tell you that it is not necessary. We hope you have a great day and please let us know if we can help you in the future.
