He and Brian Butler worked for us to get a monthly payment we were comfortable with. They listened and didn't pressure us at all! I never saw myself in a Mercedes nor did I look like I belonged in one, I walked in with shorts, a tank top and a half tattoo sleeve and they treated me like a princess!! You will never find a place with better customer service or a better group of salesman. Throughout the car buying process you feel a lot of pressure from dealers and some come off as a little "creepy" this is not the experience at all at Mercedes they are all excellent at what they do and genuinely want you to be happy and get something that will check all your boxes! I left with a massive smile on my face and a key in my hand! More

(I may be a slow study) He is very patient with me and makes sure I understand the features of my vehicle. Over the last 2 years I've been keeping track of the new models and came to the realization that I wanted a new model. The Mercedes Benz E53 AMG Coupe meets those needs. Chase is making sure I understand and capable of accessing these features. I know that if I have questions in the future he will be there for me either by phone or in person without an appointment.
