I'm not one for writing reviews, but I had to share my experience here. All of the people here seem like good people. However, the bottom line is they want you in the store, and anything they tell you on experience here. All of the people here seem like good people. You are expected to take whatever they offer for your vehicle, even if it's low-mileage and super-clean. I sold my vehicle to another dealership for $10K more than these guys' best offer. And that was after telling me on the phone they would give $7K more than the offer they gave in-store. They start with a nice smile and handshake, then bring you the numbers. I felt extremely insulted after driving up from N'ville. Won't go back. More

Good to deal with treats you like a family member. Our only complaint, we were told if we sent someone in and they brought a Toyotas we would get a 100.00.
