Before I stepped foot in the door, we already had a number that wasn’t going to leave us in financial ruin and a 26 traverse LT that was ready to go. I cannot thank Anna and Kwesi (at Mazda) enough for their professional and overall wonderful experience. There was never any pressure to make the deal. Adam is a patient salesman who listened to all my requests and concerns. His knowledge of the vehicles was very helpful and he quickly searched the inventory list to find the new vehicle that met my requests and concerns. He worked in a timely manor to complete my sale and get me home in time for dinner with my family. He made sure that I knew how to operate everything in my vehicle and even checked in on me a few days after my sale. Brian in finance and Tomas in management also made sure to get me a price that I was comfortable with in vehicle I was excited to say yes to.
