Buying a new car isn’t fun for me, but Mark at Burtness actually made it a pleasant experience. There was no high pressure, as he patiently guided us through the process, helped us figure out what we actu actually made it a pleasant experience. We never felt pressured like we had to get it done today, he kept in contact with us the changing inventory until we landed on the exact fit for us.
