If this review is for my A service on my GLC300, I did not work with Vivian. The service rep was Cameron. If this rating is for Cameron, I would give him five stars. I have worked with Vivian in the not work with Vivian. The service rep was Cameron. If this rating is for Cameron, I would give him five stars. I have worked with Vivian in the past, but feel that Cameron did a better job at discussing and listening to all of the issues that needed to be addressed, ie my engine light issue, registration, and tire wear. More
