Brian Bergman went above and beyond Brian Bergman is the most incredible, honest, down to earth, relaxed, friendly, and hilarious salesman I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and I’m Brian Bergman is the most incredible, honest, down to earth, relaxed, friendly, and hilarious salesman I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and I’m not sure he will ever understand how profound of an impact he has made on me. All I have to say is I am grateful and lucky to have met him, and not just because he helped me score the most ridiculous deal on my 2018 Honda CRV. He is passionate about what he does, and his passion, care for others, and kind nature are really what makes him stand out among all the other salesmen in the entire DMV area (and beyond!). As a first time car buyer, I didn’t know what I was going to expect when I first walked into Brown’s Honda. I was skeptical and on guard, thinking that he would be like the other salesmen from the local competitor dealerships (I’ve already gone to and contacted 7+ local dealerships prior to Brown’s). However, he only treated me with the utmost respect and was incredibly patient with me as he thoroughly explained everything about the car to me. He is extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and thorough while going through the paperwork, the car’s features, and explaining the car purchase process. Brian really went above and beyond what I expected him to do for me, and I was honestly taken aback by his professionalism, good nature, and honesty. Brian is the real deal. He is what makes me think to myself…maybe the car industry isn’t so horrible after all. I’ve had such a positive experience with Brian that I will let my friends and family know who to buy their next Honda from.
