When i first showed up i was greeted by a very nice worker. i explained her all my problems and she was very understanding. my vehicle still has warranty, so all services will be completely free until worker. i explained her all my problems and she was very understanding. my vehicle still has warranty, so all services will be completely free until the time expires or i reach a certain mileage. i got my truck last year with 9 miles on the dash, so i still have a while to go before my warranty expires. She gave me the total cost of the services and clarified that i WOULD NOT pay a dime but it was policy that she had to give me a price. I understood & agreed, they took my truck and did service on it. fast forward 3 hours after waiting they made me pay ~$64 dollars AND i used up ~$30 worth of ford points for this service. I asked the person why am i paying? and she said I’m paying for the service that they did. this was the first time i’ve came to metro ford for a service & left super unsatisfied. I went to bob moore on 89th & i-35 and they explained everything in detail got a full service and didn’t pay a dime. Please be clear about whether a customer will pay or not. More

Mr. Chris Derrick and Vincent (finance) are the reason for this review! First off Chris was spectacular, as a fellow sales associate (mattresses) I never once felt pressured, nor did I ever feel any of for this review! Chris was kind, professional and most importantly honest! For that sole reason I was at your dealership for almost 6 hours DETERMINED to purchase from this man. There is only ONE ford dealership in Oklahoma and that’s METRO FORD! As for Vincent, my brother in Christ was always so honest and compassionate. This was my first car purchase and I truly felt like I walked out of his office a bit smarter yesterday. He was patient and took his time to really break down what I was getting into the best ways to go about My purchase and even helping me with my future with this truck. Vincent is the only person I’ll ever want to deal with in the future for financing! Gentlemen bless you in Jesus name and thank you for the most wonderful experience. Brian was really personable, and easy to deal with. My only issue was upon delivery he wasn’t as knowledgeable about the vehicle itself. Garage door openers he told me just to “YouTube” it.
