I was told exactly what was going to be done to my car and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it bett and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it better and I had the choice of accepting or rejecting their suggestions.
