Wanted a simple oil change. 90 minutes (jiffy lube…10 mins max and costs less). Had a warranty item previously serviced at this dealership…said so on previous service paperwork 90 minutes (jiffy lube…10 mins max and costs less). Had a warranty item previously serviced at this dealership…said so on previous service paperwork . A seat restraint system. Still getting warning light…so I need to drop car for several hours to try and remedy it again…for a warranty item. Terrible “accommodations” of a waiting room for a place that takes too long to do simple service on your car…and not even fix it the first time. And there is a general malaise of the staff…no one attentive or making any effort to show customer service. Never had these experiences at any other car dealership service center in my life. I’m not a cranky “Karen” customer…this is just substandard. More
