I was called to make an appointment for air bags, it took
4 appointments to actually have the bags there to install, then they told me about the read end recall(they inspected it at air bag recall time), I s

This place has NO CONCERN for customers time, they wasted mine and two friends(one to follow me there and one to take me to pick up truck).

I called Mr Winkler, as expected he didnt answer....The owners of this company need to hire trained customer service employees. Or send the ones you have to be trained in customer service. Mr Colon, at the parts desk, ESPECIALLY needs to trained. Colon just doesn't care about customers or their experience at the dealership
