Sadly I’m very very very unhappy to write this review I had called and set an appointment to drop off my clarity which I bought not even a month ago from this location. Waited all day got the call it was r had called and set an appointment to drop off my clarity which I bought not even a month ago from this location. Waited all day got the call it was ready to be picked up was told it was all good to go. Came picked up my car drove the 30 min drive home to have the same issue still unfixed I have contacted them 2 times about this issue and they don’t seem to want to fix the issue. I got a 2018 Honda clarity plug in hybrid the hybrid battery isn’t holding a charge they said they charged it with a charger and it held a charge but it didn’t I drove the 30 minutes home and before I even made it home the battery had depleted back down to what it was when I bought it I charge the battery nightly which you would think would not need to be done as most of my drives to work are 15 minutes to work. Very unhappy with the fact that I keep having the same issue and I havnt even had the car a month! Will be calling again in the morning More

Purchased a used Jeep from Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville - two days later my engine light came on - thus it needed a new battery (which would be covered under their warranty) so I scheduled my appointment for two days later my engine light came on - thus it needed a new battery (which would be covered under their warranty) so I scheduled my appointment for 8:00 a.m. and was told the appointment would be about an hour. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment at 8:00 a.m. Around 9:40 I went out to the service dept to see if my Jeep was ready - the guy (no idea his name as he never told me) said he would check on it and let me know. Half an hour later he came and told me it was my batter and they were getting it changed and had to then test drive it so it shouldn't be long. At 11:15 I went back out to the service dept to see what was going on - was told I had to talk to the guy who originally helped me but was no where to be found - so I asked another guy to help me - he found my paperwork on the first guys desk and said it was done and asked me to look out the window to see if that was my vehicle which it was. I then asked for a copy of my paperwork as I needed to get going to work and the guy said it would be another 15 minutes to get it which I told him to have it emailed to me as I was sick of waiting. Thus, I left the dealership at 11:30 - 3.5 hours later - this is absolutely horrible service (especially since I had an appointment) - I will never have my Jeep serviced at Jeff Belzer's again. More
